UTAB is a Swedish engineering company with extensive experience in industrial furnaces, heat treatment and combustion systems. Our roots extend back to the early days of Swedish industrial development around the turn of the 20th century, building on the expertise and experience of several generations of Swedish furnace manufacturers.

Over the years, we have developed extensive technical expertise in furnace design, process control, combustion technology and industrial heating processes. We maintain a comprehensive technical archive containing drawings and documentation for both legacy and modern furnace systems, giving us a unique ability to understand, troubleshoot and modernize existing installations.

UTAB supplies new industrial furnaces, furnace rebuilds and modernization solutions, as well as service including preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts and technical support. We help our customers create safe, energy-efficient and future-proof solutions designed to meet today’s requirements for production, occupational safety and sustainability.

A key part of our business is supporting the transition towards fossil-free and flexible energy systems. We provide fuel conversions, safety upgrades and modernization of control and combustion systems for fuels including biogas, renewable LPG, bio-oil and hydrogen.
